Erea AI Privacy Policy

Erea ("Erea AI", "we") provides automated booking and appointment text messages for fitness studios and other businesses that book clients into classes or time slots. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect client information.

Information we collect

Name, mobile phone number, booking date and time, business name, intake form answers, SMS consent and preferences, and message delivery data.

How we use it

To send booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation and waitlist alerts, to process intake forms, to honor opt-out requests, and to keep consent records.

SMS consent (opt-in)

Clients opt in when booking with a participating business. When booking by phone or in person, before entering the client's mobile number, staff ask:

"Would you like to receive booking confirmations and reminders by text from Erea AI? Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."

The number is entered only if the client says yes. When booking online, clients tick a consent box that is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of booking. Full details: ereaai.com/sms-opt-in

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts; you will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for help or email kwameerwiah@gmail.com. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the business that booked the client, with service providers that run our platform (such as Twilio for SMS delivery) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.

Security and retention

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections with access limited to authorized staff. SMS consent records are kept for at least 4 years. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing kwameerwiah@gmail.com.

Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. For youth programs, texts go to the parent or guardian who books.
