Erea AI Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Erea AI, an automated booking text messaging service operated by Erea (DBA Erea AI) for fitness studios and other businesses that book clients into classes or time slots, and for their clients.

SMS program

Erea AI sends booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices and waitlist openings by text on behalf of participating businesses.

Consent

You receive texts only after you agree when booking with a participating business (see ereaai.com/sms-opt-in). Consent is not a condition of purchase or of booking.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your booking schedule. Msg & data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for plan details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy at ereaai.com/privacy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Business responsibilities

Businesses using Erea AI must obtain each client's consent before entering their number, honor opt-outs, and comply with the TCPA and other applicable laws. Erea AI is not for healthcare providers or for sending health information.

Prohibited uses

The service may not be used for spam, marketing without consent, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Erea is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will change the effective date when we do.
